Mission

To help people build inner strength so they can pursue with ease what they are meant to do in this lifetime.

About me

Hi - I’m Nanette. There’s a reason you’re here. :-)

Before pursuing the healing space, I worked for corporations like Coca-Cola and Chevron. It was awesome, the environment was competitive, and I thrived in it. Achieving a goal would immediately set my mind racing to the next, asking around what it should be. It kept me going but somehow made me weary inside. Then it hit me hard, I had fallen into a cycle of seeking external validation— through other people, project visibility, promotions, and more. My sense of success became tied to this external affirmation. When I felt I did not receive it, I perceived myself as failing, triggering self-doubt, judgment of both myself and others, and even shame.

I thought maybe that’s just how life is —let me distract myself by doing something outside of work, so I started running, which I liked. Then I tried a meditation program at a local Buddhist monastery —I survived sitting still for an hour every session —and after a few sessions, I felt a shift inside and began to hear, this time, my own voice —kind, validating and unhurried about what comes next. It seemed to make sense and hold wisdom. Encouraged by this but still with doubts, I embarked on two years of intuitive meditations and clairvoyant training. During this time, my clairvoyant abilities grew stronger, a sensitivity I had previously felt ashamed of. My inner voice also became louder and seemed to assert itself. Then, with newfound clarity and deep gratitude, I decided to complete my corporate life and continue on my life path, this time embracing meditation, pursuing energy healing, and building an urban flower garden in Napa, California.
